The processing of personal data is in compliance with:

A) the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, as amended; hereinafter: the „Personal Data Protection Act”), and

B) the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 as of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free transfer of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal EU L 119, p. 1; hereinafter referred to as: the „GDPR”).

Your personal data are processed with the appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of those data. However, despite the application of security measures which are in line with the current knowledge and standards, the risk of personal data being used by unauthorized persons as a result of the crime of theft of those data may not be excluded.

You may also request that your personal data be rectified, updated, their processing restricted, as well as certain data deleted, in connection with which the Data Administrator will take all appropriate measures to satisfy that request, provided that it is in compliance with the provisions of law. You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data if the data were processed on the basis of consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal. You also have the right to object to data processing, including for marketing purposes, the right to transfer your data and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

The storage of personal information takes place only for the period in which it is necessary to fulfil the obligations, as well as for the period in which it is necessary to exercise the right or meet the obligation arising from sth io generally applicable provisions of law or policies, regulations or other requirements or until the user requests to delete such information. Your data obtained to make contact or to conclude a contract are stored for the period necessary to make contact or the period necessary to conclude and perform the contract. If a contract is concluded, we process personal data until the end of the limitation period for potential claims arising from the contract. Personal data processed by us for marketing purposes and for satisfaction surveys are processed solely during the period of validity of the contract binding us or until you raise a valid objection.
